Willis “JD” Hall
32 years in the electrical construction industry primarily in Utilities.
JD began his career in 1983 as an electrical apprentice then switching to Lineman apprentice in 1986. Achieving Journeyman status in 1990 in electrical and line work. JD joined Intermountain Electric (IME) in 1992 and started a new branch in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 1996. JD was appointed as a Vice President in 2010 and Appointed to the Board of directors in 2012.
32 years in Electrical Design, Engineering.
Noteworthy career achievements began with power line and substation design with Rocky Mtn. Power (formerly Utah Power and Light). Electrical Design / Field Engineer, contract To Chevron. Began work with Intermountain Electric in 1993 and Appointed to the Board of Directors in 2014.
Don Larson began his career at Intermountain Electric Service, Inc. in 1978 as a journeyman electrician.
Eventually, he became the southwest Wyoming area manager and opened the Evanston area operation in 1981. In 1988, the Big Piney operation was opened. And in 1996, the Rock Springs area operation began.
He became President of IME in 2000, a position he held until his retirement in 2014.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, presently, Don is the interim Evanston area manager. He is currently on the Board of Directors and is a Trustee for the ESOP retirement.
Bonny Medow came to work for Intermountain Electric in August of 1991 as Controller and in 2000 became the Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Company in addition to her duties as a Director on the Board and Trustee for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Working life experiences include a total of over forty five years working in the accounting and construction fields giving her a unique expertise and understanding of the profession. Bonny was instrumental in creating and administering the Employee Stock Ownership Plan to make the company 100% employee owned by 2006.
Since retiring from IME December 31, 2014 Bonny maintains her position as a Director on the Board of IME and Trustee of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. She will continue to serve the Company in any way needed to benefit the employees and the growth of the Company over all.
Secretary of Treasurer
Chris Jepson was hired by Intermountain Electric in the year 2000. He started with Intermountain Electric as a Journeyman Electrician and promoted to Job Forman in 2001. He was promoted to Riverton area manager in 2012. His background experience is heavy commercial, oil and gas, industrial, power line and substation. He has 15 years experience in these fields with Intermountain Electric.
Intermountain Electric Services was established in 1973 Riverton Wyoming. Riverton is also the corporate office for Intermountain Electric Services.
